Spotting/Implantation Bleeding -
Spotting mostly appears when the embryo is implanted and thus it is also known as implantation bleeding. It is a very common earliest signs of pregnancy but not all women would experience or may undergo this symptom.
Back Pain
This is another sign which women will experience sooner or later during their preparation for motherhood. The road to joy of becoming mum is a bit painful and uncomfortable at times. Sore Breasts

A missed period is usually the first trigger to go for a Pregnancy Test. In some women, they may go through their period which may be irregular or delayed. This irregular bleeding is an early sign and should not be a sign to be taken as their is no pregnancy.
Nausea
Nausea and morning sickness is another factor to look for.
Feeling Tired and Weakness
General feeling of Tiredness, Weak and sick are all signals of being pregnant. However, such symptoms are not limited to maternity subjects only. A healthy perons (man or woman) may occasionally feel like that without being pregnant.
Headache
Along with Nausea and vomitting, a little headache is part of the "would be mum" journey. You may practice some light breathing exercises to get some relief.

Feeling wonderful and happy throughout all the nine months will make you have a nice and memorable experience. Try to feel comfortable and avoid complications related to maternity. You and your partner must also plan for all the phases, planning are indeed very important.
Keeping fit and doing exercises are important as it make you feel fit and healthy, get you ready for labor and will diminish the risks of miscarriage. Foods must be strictly controlled as some foods may irritate your stomach and cause nausea and morning sickness. Fat filled junk foods are not recommended.
If you are used to sleep on your belly, you will realise that this is no longer allowed while pregnant. You will probbaly feel very uncomfortable in your new sleeping position but rest assured this is for your own benefit. Sleep on your back or on the sides.
